I have a large bust (F cups) and I don't sleep with a bra - it's way too uncomfortable for me and I hate to cut off my circulation while sleeping - but sometimes I'll wear a shirt with a shelf bra - that is usually enough for me - like a spaghetti strap shirt with a built in shelf bra - it's not as uncomfortable as a sports bra IMO - I always wear a shirt but never a bra - I say let them breath and be free while you sleep because who the heck cares about what your girls are doing!? Nobody is going to see them - not even the hubby or BF - they are sleeping too - and even if they do see them and they go everywhere / it's not a bad thing in their eyes :P so just let them free! Haha.

I have a bigger bust as well and I completely understand what you mean about keeping it all in one place! It depends on what bra I'm wearing, if it's a sports bra then helll yeaahh, but if it's like a regular bra then hellll nooo.

I'm flat-chested and I loathe bras. I think it's better to just go with whatever you're comfortable with, I usually take discomfort into account before anything else! Listen to your body. :)

I was under the impression it was bad for your breast. I'm also I big busted girl and love nothing more at night un doing the horrible contraption that is the bra and letting them be free.
I feel a lot more comfy. but each to there own I guess :-)

Hi lady's so I'm just wondering what your guys preference was on sleeping with bras I myself sleep with one on I am a bigger busted girl and I feel that it keeps me in one place wile I sleep if you know what I mean here is the question do you sleep with a bra sports bra...ect if been hereing that it's bad to and some say it's good to what do you think.
