Love the bottom but I'm not loving the top. It's too baggy for my taste. And I Agree with crystal. It needs some texture.

Way to casual. If it didn't have the buttons then I would say yes without that belt of course. Here are some dresses I found on ModCloth that I think would be pretty and kinda remind me (some of them) of the dress but more appropriate for the occasion. Most of them are around $50-$60 so are a little more but not bad.
