How did you thin it out? Did it thin on it's own or did you have thinned by a stylist? If you want to grow your hair thicker, prenatal vitamins help, and there are some supplements that you can take to promote hair growth. Always ask a pharmacist first if you are taking other meds to ensure there is no interaction. Word of warning, once you stop taking the vitamins/supplements, the effects will wear off rather quickly. It is the same for Rogaine or Nioxin. The best styling products I can recommend is a root booster and dry shampoo (some styling lines call it styling powder, but it's the same thing)

Try doing conditioner first then shampoo because conditioner weighs down your hair. Make sure your shampoo is non residual
