Yes I put conditioner in my hair..leave it for about an hour..then shampoo and condition again. Softest hair ever😀

It depends on the shampoo really, if it's a clarifying shampoo it's only going to completely wash out the conditioner you just applied. it would probably benefit you best with if the shampoo is sulfate free!
