I really like these two for adding glow and moisture. After you let it sit for a few minutes you will be left with a healthy glow. I think the Pacifica brand is also cruelty free and vegan if that's important! By the way, the Pacifico is marketed as a BB cream so it should act as a primer along with other benefits. I really like both but prefer the Pacifico Primer below.

Luke, although strobe cream is not under the primer category but it adds glow to the skin. She mentioned about dry side, so adding strobe cream prior to makeup would be a big help. So chill. It's just a suggestion.

Don't rate strobe cream as a primer. My fave is Estée Lauder radiance primer its oil free as well

Try MAC Strobe Cream and then spray some MAC Fix+ after you powder to get rid of the powdery/dry look and keep your skin looking glowy (:

Have you try a finishing spray? it could get ride of the powdery look and bring back don't deweyness.

Anyone have a good suggestion for a non-matte primer? My makeup looks too dull when I used most primers. I like to add a little setting powder and it always looks on the dry side.
