I'm being a cat for Halloween, and am looking for a black lipstick-something that I'll be able to put on my top lip and not worry about my bottom lip. Preferable from Ulta (it's super close) but Sephora isn't too bad of a drive either. Any suggestions for products to do the rest of the makeup look would also be great. Thanks!

I did a look similar to this a few years back and I used a black waterproof liquid eyeliner to make my top lip black! And when I was completely dry I put a tiny bit of clear balm over to make it transfer as little as possible! It did transfer a bit during the day, but less then a lipstick would :)

I did this look last Halloween and used waterproof liquid eyeliner like Sabrina said and it lasted all night!

I would also agree with using eyeliner, also try putting a matte-black eyeshadow over it to help make it last longer :)
