I don't really think they're very cute but I think that if you could bling them up a bit, like add little gems/sequins on the shoes they could look really nice or you could try painting that bottom beige/white strip a black color
Cause I feel like that beige is a really blehh ugly color lol
Definitely style them blue or white skinny jeans and maybe a gray suede jacket over a white t-shirt
