I have all the pictures I need to prove that I can make it as a make-up artist; however, I'm not quite sure how to go about building a reputable portfolio that will impress those I share it with. Any helpful pointers or suggestions will surely make all the difference in a step towards the right direction and my future career!

Jacqueline just explained this in a similar topic in this section, here's the link http://www.beautylish.com/t/icgvar/what-is-the-best-way-to-brand-yourself-as-a-new-mua

with places like modelmayhem, as she speaks about, they do want professional imagery to display your work. I believe it's at least 4 images of different models and makeup to showcase your skill.

Once you've followed the steps that are so nicely explained by Jacqueline you can proceed to website design and don't forget about business cards.
