Even after i moisturize with my aveeno daily moisturizer AND use my tinted moisturizer , I then apply concealer under my eyes and dab it on some blemishes, then I put powder fx on, and all of a sudden all of my nose, forehead and in between my eyebrows are all flakey cakey! I don't even wear that much makeup! And the dry skin flakes won't disappear only if i take of my makeup- which i need since i have breakouts in that area. Ugh this is a crisis I need some good advice and tips!? And what should i start using instead of powder or should i use a different routine? Someone PLEASE answer
