Hi Cyril :) Welcome to Beautylish! I think your english is really good - English is not my first language either and a community like this is a great way to expand ones vocabulary :)

As for the term breakout - Its moste commenly used for acne. So if you all of a sudden experience a lot of acne it would be called a breakout :)

I am a English learner, Skincare is my favorite feild.
I wonder what does BREAKOUT mean on face, I guess it means a kind of allergic reaction? Or acne? I really don't know about this tiresome word.

Well, skincare is my favorite field, I learned so many vocabularies, such as some chemical ingredients name and other term of skincare. I think this is a very good way and happy way to learn vocabularies. Not just the language learning but the methods of skin caring has been improved simultaneously.
Sorry for my poor English. ^_^
