My hair is collarbone length and layered just wondering how long it will take to grow from collarbone to just above my boobs and trim every 4 months and growing layers out.

Hair growth is so diffrent form person to person. Some grow an inch a month some an inch every 6 month.
All you can do is keep your hair and your body healthy to give your hair the best posibillity to grow :)
