I love golds, plums, camels, bronzes, and really frosty silvers in brown eyes, but if your eyes have flecks of yellow, gold, or green and are on the lighter side, I love adding navys in the mix! It's really preference, but have fun and experiment! Makeup geek and Mac have a lot of good "unusual" shades. I love Snowball (frosty white/silver highlight), Illegal cargo (light lavender purple), and Warm and Smoky (navy blue with a little bit of dark purple reflect). I think if you used similar colors as an ombré-esque liner, your eyes would smolder! You could also do this with gold and bronze- I like the Maybelline Color Tattoos in bad to the bronze and bold gold
