Is there a conditioner that can help make my hair heavy and weighed down?

Yeah I agree with pria. Or maybe use a mask. I'm just curious to know why you would want to weigh your hair down..?

Are you looking to tame frizz or...?

Anything cream based will add weight to the hair.

Can you guys recommend any names for these cream conditioners?

I need to weigh them down to make them look more sleek..I use hair masks and all..n on top I use john freida frizz ease thermal protection serum before ironing..my hair remain straight but they don't look sleek..they look light and poofy..In winters they look perfectly weighed down and sleek without any serum..and if I put a light argan oil after straightening they get too oily and start to curl weirdly.

A sleek look would require gel actually - any gel would work fine - and then for cream based products just look for "cream" in the product name or description

Ok well after you straighten, you can lightly go over your hair with gel, oil or leavein conditionner. If you overdo it, it will look greasy.
