What foundation combo are you using that looks cakey? Are you doing any skin prep before hand?

These primers are more pricy compared to ELF but ELF has honestly never worked out for me. These are great moisturizing primers. I have severely dry skin as well.

Foundation wise, I was never able to find a good medium coverage foundation for dry skin in dry store. I heard of Bourjois through a couple of Youtubers and decided to take a shot. Best decision ever btw. This brand is actually made by Chanel but many do not know! ;D

Maybelline Fit Me foundation and Loreal True Match Lumi foundation. they both work really well with my dry skin + no matter how much I apply, it never looks cake-y
