Ok so I'm really starting to go out my comfort zone with makeup and I'm usually tired of doing the same boring makeup everyday lol can you guys tell me how to achieve a smokey eye or good products to use?

I'm playing around with doing kind of everyday smoke eye looks.
What I like to use is my chocolate bar palette - but it can be switched with other palettes.
Well what I do is:
First I put white chocolate on the brow bone and down.
Then I put salted caramel in my crease and above.
Then I put milke chocolate in the crease.
Then use semi sweet all over the lid.
Then I use triple fudge to darken it up and drag it along the upper and lower lash line.
If I feel fancy I put a dap of marzipan on the center of the eye lid.

Sabrina pretty much covered it! It's really all about placement and blending. When I'm doing a smoky eye, I put a base bone color shadow down all over the lid. Then I pick a transition color (usually a medium brown) and place it in my crease and just above, this will help when you're blending your "smoke" color upwards. Then I pack on usually black (but you can use any color really) all over the lid up to my crease. Then blend, blend, blend with that transition color. I usually have to repeat that step 3-4 times depending on the shadow I'm using and how dark I want it. And like Sabrina, I sometimes put a lighter color or something with a bit of shimmer on the center of the lid to give some dimension.

You welcome :)
I think the chocolate bar palette is a great palette to have! You can create many many looks with the colors in there, it has a very good selection of both matte and shimmery shadowes and it has both a matte and a shimmery highlighting color - Very usefull! I think its a must have and its a very good beginner palette because it has everything you need and is so easy to work with :)

Try using some different blacks grays and browns and some eye shimmer.
