I think you should start off very slowly such as eyeliner , lipgloss or lipstick , mascara , etc. then when you feel comfortable to wear more makeup start off with foundation , eyeshadow , and blush. Also practicing is the best!! For eyes , I wouldn't apply so much on.. Just a little bit of eyeliner and if you want to use eyeliner on your waterline , then I recommend using pencil eyeliner.. Lips , I'll suggest sticking with lipgloss or a little bit of lipstick. Foundation , I use my finger , even though It's best to use a brush.. Just start off with a little bit and blend it in with a makeup brush.. Also don't forget to put it on your neck.. I hope I helped.. If you need to ask anymore questions , you can always ask me :) I'm in high school and this is how I usually wear my makeup.. I put just a little bit of eyeliner on the top of my eyes first , then I apply my foundation to my face and neck , then I do my mascara , blush , and eyeshadow.. I put mascara on my waterline to make my eyes look bigger.. And I use lipstick or eyeshadow as a blush :) hoped I helped

If you are just starting out with makeup I would first play around with foundation and figure out if you like liquid foundation, BB cream, or powder, or I like to use a BB cream and powder. Then wearing it to school especially just starting out you could do something simple and natural like foundation, blush, and mascara.

I started off with concelar eyeliner and mascara
Then started working my way up to liquid liner foundation eyeshadow
I would start off with a jared concelaer for blemishes (liquid for undereyes like a triangle) and pencil liner and just a simple mascara then move up to liquid liners and lengthing mascara

I would advise you just using mascara, concealer, and maybe eyebrows, until you get better at the rest of the stuff. Lipgloss is easy too. Mascara and concealer and eyebrows are just simple things that make you look healthier and awake, without seeming excessive
