Is your hair already cut that short? are you wanting to cut it or are you asking about the color?

I used to do something similar to that when I had a fohawk and I just basically teased it some and put hairspray or hair glue type stuff in it. you'll want the front longer though. it looks like she sorta curled it but if your hair is naturally curly you shouldn't have to. I hope thay made sense.
