Outfit with ripped jeans?

I'm supposed to be going to a fire tonight at a friends place, casual dressing. I wanted to wear my ripped jeans, they're a regular denim colour with and few rips. Not sure what to wear for top and shoes since it may be a little chilly.

If they're skinny jeans I'd go with a pair of combat boots or even a pair of high top converse. If they're not skinny then any close toed shoe would work, as for the top, I think you could probably go with a short sleeve shirt and just bring a jacket to go over it.
