Simple winged liner :) the outfitvis cute n casual so sheer or pink gloss should do. Of course mascara and some concealer! Keep it casual though! <333

a soft brown smokey eye would be cute if you are a neutral color type of girl. But I would def do a soft black smokey eye

I think a smokey eye would be a good choice too, because your outfit is more neutral/light colors and the darker eye would balance it out. Maybe a medium brown smokey look and a more nude lip- with a nice contour/bronzer.
