I would first get a hair cut to get the dead ends off! Then, I would go out and buy a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I love the OGX brand, they're amazing and they have a huge selection, including ones that are made to help tame curls or smooth curls down to make them more straight. If you straighten your hair, I wouldn't wash your hair for a few days so you get a good amount of time from that one styling. You can always pick up a dry shampoo to prolong your hair! I also love to use Moroccan oil or coconut oil in my hair! Mayo even works if you're on a tight budget. Just don't put it on your roots

Melt coconut oil and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse. Another good product Is the frutis 60-second treatment. Do both and I promise your hair will be SO much softer afterward!

I had naturally curly/really frizzy hair and that helped tame it(:

There's a two step treatment you can get at Sally's beauty supply by the brand called "Aphogee" the first step is liquid protein and you blow dry it on your hair, rinse it out then apply the 2nd step. The balancing moisturizing conditioner, leave it one for about 5 minutes and then rinse it out. You'll definitely notice your hair will be stronger and more healthy.
It should be used again in six weeks

My hair was damaged quite badly, frizz at the ends coupled with split ends. My hairdresser cut ALL the damage off and told me to start using Pro Naturals, it is a hair repair system that I used alongside what I was using. I followed their regime and thankfully my hair is now back to being shiny, no split ends, no frizz. The only thing I do differently to their suggested regime is using the argan oil leave in treatment after every shampoo day before hair drying and heat styling. I will continue using this system because as you get older the hair really needs all the help it can get.
