I wasn't sure on whether or not this would be considered beauty or style so hopefully I picked right.

I really need a cute messenger bag like the one pictured below but I don't want to spend over like 40 dollars. Where can I find a bag like this??

That looks like something they might have at rue 21 or possibly forever 21. You can also reverse Google search the image to see what they call it on whatever websites it's sold and putting that into Amazon or Google to possibly get lower prices or similar bags in the shopping results.
