If your dark circles are genetic then there's not much you can do.
If they're my then make sure you're getting enough sleep, sleep slightly propped up, and drink plenty of water.
To color correct use a yellow corrector if the circles are purple toned or a peach/salmon corrector if they're blue toned. Follow with your skin tone concealer.
