I've bleached my hair twice and dyed it at least 5 times, and now it's dry. I want to get it healthier without cutting. Is that possible? And what are some tips for having healthier hair?

Make sure you are using good hair products! And good shampoo and conditioner will change the life of your hair! And along with that you should probably be doing a deep condition every other week! Also do not wash your hair everyday! Go at least every other, but the more days you can go the better! And of course some sore of moisturizing/leave-in product for your ends! I would recommend Argan Oil, Moroccan Oil. Or Paul Mitchell - Awapui Styling Treatment Oil. And the less heat the better. I usually would suggest going with out blow drying, but if you are only washing your hair a few times a week then you should be blow drying less. Moral if the story, the more damage you do to your hair, the more gentle you need to be with it! Best of luck!

When shampooing make sure it's sulfate free bc will dry it out, don't wash your hair everyday. When using conditioners keep it in for Mad long then rinse the majority of it out or use a hair mask. Use a leave in conditioner . Throughout the day spray your hair with a spray treatment to keep it shiny and smooth . My fav is "one 'n only Aragon oil spray treatment" 10 bucks at Sally's . Well hope this helps .
