Almost two years ago I got my hair bleached, the hairdresser bleached it 7 times within 5 hours. (Only the back). I was 14 back then and now in 16. I had to get my hair cut up to my shoulders. Only the front grows. The back stays short and my hair looks completely damaged. What should I do?

If it's damaged, you have to cut it. I know it's going to be really hard, but in a year or two, you'll be thankful that you did because your hair will be so much healthier!

Coconut oil, coconut oil, and more coconut oil. After you shower and your hair is wet rub some coconut oil in it. This can be found at Walmart any hair salon or even a local grocery store. This will help its health. But after you put it in make sure not to put too much in and brush it so it does not become oily. And I also suggest downloading Pinterest. If you search ways to grow your hair out it is very helpful.

Lush has a load of hair treatments that moisturise your hair. I recommend H'suan Wen Hua. But as Katelyn said you have to cut it x

My hairs got damaged too after getting few layers bleached. my hairs got so dry n damaged.. someone suggested me to apply mustard oil every other night and leave it for over night and wash it off next morning. I mixed some castor oil with it and it helped.

To fix my damaged hair ( I fried off the middle shaft :( ) I used hair masks 3X a week. The Moraccan Oil one for Repairing definitely did the trick along with no heat exposure and the use of oil. I also limited the amount of showers I took this way natural oils could set in my scalp.
