MAC lipsticks for tan skin?

I have really tan skin right now bc I'm a life guard at a camp and I really want to buy a few mac lipsticks. I want velvet teddy for sure. But was wondering about myth? Would it work for my skin color? And any more colors that would go good with me?

Myth...its an uber pale nude and by itself with your skintone...no.Unless you pair it up with a darker lip liner to cancel out some of the darkness but alone it would not enhance your skintone. Some other shades worth checking out... Hug Me, Brave, Peachstock, Honeylove.

I have Velvet Teddy and I absolutely love it! I am very pale and it still looks great despite me thinking it wouldn't. That being said, I think it would look incredible on more tan skin so I'd definitely look into getting it. I also love dark pink nudes on tan skin so maybe also look into Brave or Taupe or Twig.
