How do you guys do it?
I'm going out straight after work next week and I'd like some tips on how to do desk to dusk makeup without caking it on or taking it all off and starting again.
Any tips or have you found any tutorials or anything that are really good?

You could just do a neutral eye and wear a nude lipstick at work and put on a bolder lipstick when you go out, a classic red or bright pink, even a dark red.

I agree with Riff. Do your eyes in the morning with a classic nude eye look and a regular gloss/nude lip. Then at night, just touch up your makeup and put on a bold lipstick. Don't make it too complicated! I used to do this, because I especially hate doing my makeup when I'm not home.
