Hi girls, I'm looking for a smoothing primer (I don't mind silicone at all) that is affordable (up to $20) and NOT mattifying.
I loved elf's but it has barely any product. So any recommendations would be wonderful!

I like bare minerals prime time, it's so smooth and leaves your face feeling silky it doesn't leave a dry or matte finish Its more on the velvety silky side but does not leave you greasy at all, another option would be Loreals magic perfect base, it's really smoothing but leaves you just a tad bit more matte.
