If you're looking for a cheap alternative, I use collection 2000 Fast Stroke eyeliner. Great coverage and doesn't smudge like brands such as Revlon!

1. Always go water proof
2. I love any liner by NYX or Rimmel London. ElF also has a good felt tip liner in a white tube.
3. If you want to go high end the tattoo liner by Kat Von D is amazing
