Inglot makes good matte shadows or if u can get a hold of it, the wet n wild matte palette.

Urban decay naked basics at sephora or ulta. Inglot at some Macy's stores or online. Wet n wild at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, target, rite aid.

Get the UD Smoked palette it gorg , Ud Naked basics palette for more neutral and theres a wet n wild matte palette that has a couple neutral a teal, a purple and the pigmentation if awesome.

Also if your looking for a large palette at a not so,large price try bh cosmetics or coastal scents, im pretty sure the both have all matte palettes for sale.
