Anything with a gel consistency should work. The dip-brow pomades are technically gel liners if you look at the ingredients.

This may not be an exact dupe due to it being more of a liquid but the NYX Brow Gel that comes in 5 different colors and is in a squeeze-tube is AMAZING it's more of a dupe for the MUFE Aqua brow or something.
There's a video comparing the two and the NYX one is more waterproof than the MUFE one and I like how this NYX one dries faster than the ABH dipbrow.
I use a tiny amount since it's quite pigmented it's just an amazing product and only $7 with a generous amount of product
