Regarding makeup, I would make sure to use concealer under your eyes to cover the darkness and also do your eyebrows. Some blush would help lift your complexion.
For clothes don't overdo it, you are just going to school and the lipstick is already statement. I would say blue jeans with a loose shirt and flats.
