I'm a little new at this, but I'm 15, and thinking of going shopping for makeup. Recommendations for eyes, mascara, liner, lips, concealer, anything would be appreciated!

Well, if you're just starting out I would recommend drugstore shopping but if that isn't an issue to you, let me know! I'd happily list things that aren't..
I think if you're just starting out and have okay skin already, face makeup isn't a NECESSITY..I'll still list my favorite face products, though.
for eyes, I would say a basic eyeliner would come in handy. I prefer liquid, my favorites that can be found at the drugstore are Rimmel Scandal eyes (pen), L.A. Colors liquid eyeliner (only $1 & amazing!), and the E.L.F gel liner.
mascaras I like are Loreal butterly and prettt much most of maybellines lol.
lip products I would definitely reccomend Milani, NYX, and Revlon! amaing lip products.
Concealer I like is the rimmel wake me up concealer & foundation would be Loreal infallible pro matte (if you have oily skin)

Thank you so much! And my hair is way too frizzy, and is lacking volume. It's a little wavy, but I'd want it straight.

Well I'd get a frizz serum (I like John Freida) and I apply it after I get out of the shower when my hair is damp, NOT wet :) I also love one n' only brand's argon oil spray for that! I would recommend a heat protectant, I really enjoy tressemme keratin one! smells really good! use it before you use any heat like a blow dryer (you can blow dry your hair straight!) or straightener.

Yep, I agree with the ladies above - start out cheap! And sometimes, stay cheap! LOL Some of my fave products include Wet & Wild's waterproof liquid eyeliner and some of their eyeshadow kits. You'll need to experiment, anyway, to find out if you prefer a pencil, gel, or liquid, anyway so no sense in buying $$ products that might turn out to not be what you want.

Thank you to all! I know what I'm going to get, I just need to save up a lil more. 😂
