So you recommend a BB cream or a foundation and powder for the winter time?

I live in Arizona so it doesn't really get extremely cold here but the weather is nicer in the winter and I have only really been wearing a full face for almost a year and I've always wanted to buy the Garnier BB Cream but I don't know if I should because I don't know if I should wear a foundation for the winter time or a BB cream. 😀

Here's the thing, if I had good skin I don't think I'd ever wear foundation...probably very occasionally. I'd just use BB cream as it is a lot kinder to the skin. The harsh weather conditions that are to come may dry your skin out and BB creams can be somewhat moisturizing. However, it all depends on your preference and your skin.

I love the Garnier bb cream. I don't have oily skin but I use the one for acne prone/oily skin because I prefer it over the normal one.
