To make your cheeks look slimmer you just need to apply a matte bronzer underneath your cheekbones, and to make your nose appear smaller you need to apply the same bronzer down the sides of your nose and just underneath ( where your nostrils are) try to use a bronzer thats not too much darker than your skintone because that makes the contouring look very un-natural :)

Along with the bronzer that Holly suggested, adding a highlighter (I use Physician's Formula Mineral Glow Pearls) along the tops of your cheekbones (about a half inch below your eye) and the bridge of your nose. Another beautiful place to put it is your cupids bow and right below the arch of your eyebrow. This will attract light to these areas, making them more prominent, basically intensifying the effect of the bronzer. Another tip is to use mineral foundation two or three shades darker than your skin instead of bronzer. I find it sometimes looks less harsh and is easier to find matte.
