Ladies I need your help!! a couple of months ago I got into makeup and I love it but the only thing I struggle with it doing a winged eyeliner. I have used the pen type eyeliner but what's your opinion? what's the best method? product? secret to make a good winged eyeliner?

Start with liquid eyeliner. That's how I started getting the hang of doing wing eyeliner and little by little you will get the hang of it and you can start using gel eyeliner

I find that using gel liner with an eyeliner brush or a pencil liner is easiest

The easiest for me is the liquid pens, tons of control and super precise. I like givenchys and starlooks. but everyone is different it will come down to what technique you end up liking. if you havent heard of mannymua I adore him on youtube and he has a great tutorial for winged eyeliner. I have droopy, hooded eyes so I struggled with cat eyes and wings. I found the best way to do the winged eyeliner for me is to start from where it will meet at the outer corner/bottom lash and work up towards the tail end of my eyebrow to wherever I want it, and then bring it in a curved triangle (if that makes sense) down to and on the eyelid. if I start on the top lash it always ends up curling with my droop.

Personally, I think liquid can give you a sharper line and usually is more opaque, but gel is easier to work with and fix any mistakes. If you were to purchase inglot gel liner #77 and their angled liner brush, you will not be sorry. I really struggled with wings until I picked these up, and now it's a piece of cake! I swear, the brush does all the work for you.
