I am not sure but if you look up "matte pink eyeshadow tutorial" on YouTube, I am sure you'll come across some videos. So you have any eyeshadows or eyeshadow palette that has a matte pink eyeshadow?? From the looks of the picture, it looks like for her transition color it's like a light brownish/orange color, and the outter v is a deep purple then pack some of the pink on your lid. And a subtle winged liner.
