Water! Lots of water, walk/run 30 minutes a day, and reduce you large three meals a day food plan to small 5 times a day meal food plan packed with veggies and less pasta's/breads/sugars.

I do tae bo its a 40 min workout. I add squats,lunges, and I run occasionally. I do eat pork, chicken, or beef. Turkey and fish only. Make sure to take protein shakes, bars, ect, prior and after workouts to tone it up.

Dont cut out specific foods from your diet, just make your portions smaller :) Using a skipping rope or bouncing on a mini tramp is also really effectivie!
