I straight iron my hair every 4 days is that bad.

I do mine everyday and I think that's bad 4 days is like once a week I think that's ok x

As long as you use a good heat protector and don't have you iron on to high your fine :)

On average I do mine every 3rd day. Use a professional standard straightener, mine is a G3 Salon Pro and like Sabrina mentioned make sure you use a good heat protector - I use Pro Naturals argan oil leave in treatment applied to wet hair before drying or heat styling.
