Every time I use liquid foundation it seems to accentuate my dry spots. I moisturize like crazy. Tips please!

I like getting luminous foundation for my dry skin and I use a beauty blender and it makes it not soak into your dry patches and makes it look like you don't have dry skin.

Liquids and sticks both have a creamy (moisturizing) consistency, and hydrating powders are blended with ingredients that deliver moisture to the skin and offer more coverage than regular pressed powders; look for clues like "compact makeup" or "foundation" on the product packaging. (Clinique Supermoisture Makeup, $23, is a good one.)
Trial and error might be how you solve it!
