What are some good drug store eye shadow primers? And would concealer be a good sub for primer?

Rimmel Stay Matte primer works great for me! I think using concealer as primer depends on your skin type, if you're really oily that might not be a good idea but if you find that you don't really need prepping it could be fine.

Annabelle cc primer, maybelline baby skin but I also use be creams as primers because they are awesome and have great staying power. The ones I use are covergirl bb cream smoothers , maybelline dream pure be cream and the body shop tea tree oil ( not drugstore but still good)

I find using a face primer or a bb cream is good because if it can handle my face make up it can handle my eye make up! A concealer could be a substitute for an eye primer as long as you set it with a powder!!
