I see all these promotions for pills and products but has anyone tried them and have they worked? I've never gone to a salon in my life, the very first time I did the lady messed up and did 3 bleaches and 3 dyes in one day! My hair is the most damaged its ever been. This was in May and it hasn't grown at all. I'm pregnant so I take prenatals everyday but even that doesn't help. Please if anyone knows of any real ways to get healthier hair so mine will grow back let me know! Thanks :)

If you are pregnant you shouldn't take any pills (vitamins) other than the ones your doctor prescribed. I recommend to get a hair cut to get rid of the most damage hair and start using deep hair treatments. You can find those at sally's

Definitely don't take anything during pregnancy because it doesn't only affect you. Whatever isn't changing for you is because your baby needs it. Your body is balanced right now, just maybe not how you would like it to be.

Aphogee works great to repair damaged hair! be careful to moisturise your hair after using their hard protein treatment to have it not turn brittle.

Your hair is growing, it's just breaking off as it grows. sounds like you need a hair cut and quality products. you need to get those damaged ends off so it won't continue to break off. try pureologys strength cure line and do olive oil treatments once a week. you might also want to go to a better, more reputable salon and talk to them about a keratin or proteine filler.

My hair stopped growing when I became pregnant, that could be a reason your hair isn't growing also. Just try to keep your hair moisturized and it should return to normal after you have the baby.
