Hi! I learned these days a lot about how to best apply perfume. for example a nice trick is to put vaseline first on the place you want to apply your perfume so that it sticks better.
I recommand you to also read the subject: how to smell yummy all the time.
There's a ton of info on how to wear perfume. have a nice day. :)

Isn't it a little,to much to put it at all these places? I mean I want to smell good, but now from a mile!

Haha Genevieve - I think the thought behind it is to pick a few of the places, so if you are wearing long pants behind the knee won't work, but if your wearing a skirt it will work! Same with the base of the throat or the cleavage - it will work if your wearing a low cut blouse/top/t-shirt but maybe not so much if your wearing a turtle neck ;)

I figured, but how many places should you apply it (if they were to be all exposed for instance)?

I normally do 3 places! I do behind one ear, on one wrist and down my cleavage :) I don't know, but that just works for me :)

I'm with Sabrina, 3 of these places is more than enough. I usually do my wrists, pulse point on either side of my neck, and a little behind my ear. If you do it on your wrists, do NOT rub your wrists together. It alters the way the perfume is supposed to dry and settle in to the skin and ruins the top notes, so it will not last as long. And just remember, less is more! Other people will be able to smell the perfume on you better than you can smell it on yourself.

Wow I didn't know about the rubbing the wrists together. Or putting the parfume in your elbows or behind the knee. I learn a lot on here xD.

With all the points you all lovely girls have talked of.. I also love to spray a little in my hair basically in my tresses and I think that makes me smell awesome for so long.

I'm not saying these are the areas you should put it, its just where I like to wear fragrance. Back of ears, wrists , lower cleavage area and...lower back, don't ask. But I don't use perfume, I use a body spray.
