I know that I have asked questions like these before, so sorry! I just really need to know. which eye shadow palette should I get that is under $30? I'm more cool tone if that helps. also, what eye makeup brush kit should I get? preferably under $20 and available at Ulta. thank you so much!

Check out the Lorac Pro Matte and Pro Metal Palettes (the metal one was limited edition so I don't know if they still have it). I also highly suggest the Lorac Pro 1 and 2 (2 is better for cool toned skin as the palette is cool toned) but they're $42 a piece. As for brushes check out the Real Techniques brush sets, I have the Core Collection and the Starter Kit and they're both amazing (:
