I've posted two different threads the past few days and no one answered at all. After 24 hours, I've reposted the two threads and deleted the old ones but still no answer. Just wondering if anyone can see this post?? And sorry in advance for posting this, I know it's not allowed.

Hi Phylicia - I as well can see your post - As you proberbly already know it does happen sometimes that threads gets lost in cyber space :/ I know its something the team is working super hard to figure out why it happens! But its never fun to go unseen and especially not when its several times. I can tell you that there has been some maintenance work done on the app/website yesterday/today depending on your time zone and that can maybe have meant that your threads has gone lost!

I hope its all fixed now that we can see your threads - but if you again experience
several post going unseen please reach out to me or another mod so we can see if we can do anything and if we can't we can always let the team know :) You can also write directly to the team on help@beautylish.com

I've notice that too Kristen. When I'm logged in I can't see any post. I have to keep refreshing in order to see.

Jacqueline, thank you. I did post others but ended up deleting it because it was never answered. If these issues continue I will contact the mods or email the help email. Thank you.

Hi Soha yes as Kristen said it looks like you have mixed up the title and description. You have to make a title that in short introduce your question and then enter the entire question in the description :)
