I just use my finger. These blushes are very sheer so maybe get a darker color if you want to build up better color.

I have never used them but you can either use your fingers to apply or use a synthetic face brush... based on the other cream blushes I have.

I think it's a fairly good product. I use a stippling or a large power brush and tap it in there a few times kinda hard, and then blot the excess off on the back of my hand them just put a light wash on my cheeks. Of course blending it to make it look semi-natural(:

Use a stippling brush and start at the top of your ear (but on your face, obviously) and bring the colour down :) you can always build up the colour too.
