My homecoming dance is coming up and the theme is "Great Gatsby". What are some dress ideas for me I'm a sophomore and I don't really want to wear a flapper. Thank you in advance ladies!

Oh my gosh that sounds like it's going to be great! personally I would go with either a champagne, black, or silver dress. something elegant and that complements your skin tone

I personally don't like when people try to fit a theme because I feel like thats what everyone else is trying to do? I would go with a short sparkly dress in a color that compliments you. What stores do you have around you or would you be ordering online?

I have a Macy's and jc penny. There is a contessa couture boutique too. I don't really want to fit the theme. I just put it on there cause knew it would probably be asked.
