I apply medication/spot treatment after my moisturizer and I've never had problems. It takes my spot treatment 30 mins to dry completely and I can't wait that long, especially since it will just move the product around if I apply moisturizer.

No your supposed to apply the medication before you apply moisturiser, it's the same with a three step acne treatment, the moisturiser goes on last
