My piercings in my ears always hurt putting earrings in and taking them out and it feels like a pinching sensation when I wear them. What can I do to heal them help me! Please.

How long have you had them? Keep a pair of studs in and do twice daily sea salt rinses. Don't take it out. It'll heal up. Make sure your earrings are the same gauge as your piercing hole. Anything to big will stretch it and hurt it.

What sort of material are they? maybe you're allergic to nickel, try real gold or silver earrings

Try all the suggestions above - also, they may be too charge for your ear. Definitely do the sea salt rinse - best thing! Don't touch it, either - hands are very dirty. Let it be for at least a couple weeks and then see if it still hurts.
