Honestly castor oil cannot help hair growth. It can help keep it healthy so in the long run making your hair grow out longer and healthy. I don't know if your just applying it to your hair or ingesting it, but I've heard good things about people who took a shot of it a day. I personally haven't used it, just things I've heard/know.

I agree with Megan however Kerinique really helped my mom grow out her hair (she lost her front shaft from stress). Within weeks it grew back while it is pricy definitely worth it compared to rogaine and such.

I wouldn't expect to much change from a month. give it two or three.

Castor oil won't really work for straighter hair types...more for tighter curlies 😀
