I have three in each lobe and I love it, I have tiny ears and it doesnt look weird or too much, I also have one tragus pierced. I wouldnt get a fourth though tbh. It might depend on your lobe too, mine comfortably fits 3 piercings all equally spaced, then it turns to cartilage which is why I wouldn't pierce that far up.

If you can pull it off, some people actually look good with their entire ear done up! I personally only want three in my lobe and then a trio in my cartilage. I wouldn't recommend a bar or gadgets though. Especially because they look weird on everyone, but I think on girls they do especially. It's whatever you prefer to have done! :)

I say go for more if you want! I love that look, but I never wear earrings because I'm sooooo lazy (except in my gauged first holes) so I could never do that look even though its rad =(
